Payment Policy

We offer a simple and secure payment experience at Deco-Vivace.

 

Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is our only payment method. Pay the courier in cash when your order is delivered anywhere in Lebanon. The delivery fee is $4, and orders of $80+ ship free.

 

How COD Works

1) Place your order on our website → 2) Receive confirmation by email/WhatsApp → 3) Our courier delivers in 3–5 working days → 4) You pay the courier in cash (order total + delivery fee, if applicable).

 

Exact Amount & Change

Please prepare the exact amount when possible. Couriers carry limited change and may not be able to break large bills.

 

Availability

COD is available for deliveries within Lebanon only. We currently do not accept card payments, bank transfers, or checks via the website.

 

Order Verification & Changes

To protect customers and avoid delivery issues, we may contact you via phone/WhatsApp to confirm details. If we can’t reach you after reasonable attempts, we may hold or cancel the order. To change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.

 

Failed Delivery & Re-delivery

If delivery fails (incorrect address or unavailable recipient), we can arrange one re-delivery. Additional attempts may incur a new $4 delivery fee.

 

Refunds for COD Orders

If you cancel before dispatch, no payment is due. For approved returns after delivery, once we receive and inspect the item(s), refunds are issued to the original payment method (cash)—we will coordinate a cash refund via courier or offer store credit if you prefer. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/wrong item.
