We currently deliver to all of Lebanon (Lebanon only).

 

Delivery Fees & Free Shipping

Standard delivery fee: $4 per order.

Free delivery: Orders of $80 or more ship free.

 

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery window: 3–5 working days after your order is processed. Remote areas or peak seasons may take slightly longer.

 

Order Processing

Orders placed on working days are prepared as quickly as possible. You’ll receive updates by email/SMS where available.

 

Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

Please double-check your address at checkout. To change an address, contact us immediately. After dispatch, changes may not be possible. Couriers may contact you to coordinate delivery.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If a parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
