By accessing or purchasing from Deco-Vivace (the “Site”, “we”, “us”), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

1) Eligibility & Account
You must be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, complete information and update it when it changes.
2) Products, Descriptions & Availability
We curate décor items (including vases, sculptures, figurines, trays, wine holders, decorative books, tissue boxes, ashtrays, mugs, and related accessories). We make reasonable efforts to display colors, dimensions, and finishes accurately; however, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and hand-finishing. Availability and collections may change without notice and quantities may be limited.
3) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change at any time. Taxes and shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash, may have exclusions, and are valid only for the stated period and conditions. We may correct price or typographical errors even after an order is submitted; if a correction affects your order, we’ll contact you before processing.
4) Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for limited stock, suspected fraud, or inaccurate information. If we cancel, we’ll notify you and no payment will be due for the cancelled items. To request changes or cancellation, contact us promptly—once prepared for shipment, changes may not be possible. We may contact you by phone/WhatsApp to verify order details; if we can’t reach you after reasonable attempts, we may hold or cancel the order.
5) Payment (Cash on Delivery Only)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is our only payment method. You pay the courier in cash upon delivery anywhere in Lebanon. Please prepare the exact amount where possible; couriers carry limited change. We currently do not accept card payments or bank transfers via the website.
6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
We deliver to all of Lebanon (Lebanon only). Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days after order processing. The delivery fee is $4 per order, and orders of $80+ ship free. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please inspect parcels on arrival and report transport damage within 48 hours with photos and your order details so we can assist quickly.
7) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our dedicated Refund & Return Policy explains eligibility and timelines (including the return window), and how to start a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging unless defective. For COD orders, approved refunds are issued as a cash refund via courier (or store credit if you prefer) after we receive and inspect the item(s). Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/wrong item.
8) Service Area (Lebanon Only)
We currently ship within Lebanon only. International orders and shipments are not available at this time.
9) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and layout—is owned by or licensed to Deco-Vivace and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
10) User Content & Reviews
If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You affirm you own or have rights to the content, it’s accurate, and it doesn’t infringe rights or contain unlawful, offensive, or deceptive material. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
11) Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the Site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, harvest data, or use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission. Do not post or transmit any harmful code or content that violates laws or third-party rights.
12) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Except where prohibited by law, Deco-Vivace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Site or products. In any case, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Deco-Vivace harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
14) Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
15) Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own discretion.
16) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, wars, acts of government, utility failures, or internet outages.
17) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Beirut shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
19) Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our applicable policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Deco-Vivace regarding your use of the Site.
