Return Window

You may request a return within 2 days of delivery (Lebanon only).

 

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with any accessories/tags. For hygiene and safety, used or damaged items not due to our error may be declined. “Final sale” items (if marked) are not returnable unless defective.

 

How to Start a Return

Email info@deco-vivace.com or WhatsApp +96181587914 with your order number, item(s), and reason. We’ll confirm next steps and pickup/return instructions.

 

Return Shipping Fee

For change-of-mind returns, a $4 courier fee (same as standard delivery) may be deducted from your refund. If the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, the return is free.

 

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, tell us the replacement item/variant. Availability may vary; price differences will be settled before dispatch.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary (typically 5–10 business days after we process the refund). Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Damaged or Wrong Item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Cancellations

To cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. If the order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and a return may be required.
